GROUP CLASSES

I host and teach live guided Meditation Drop-Ins several times a month. Suitable for all levels of meditation experience, the Drop-Ins are 45 minutes long, and take place in a Zoom room. About the Meditation Drop-Ins

Come receive a live guided meditation session, and reset your energy for your day and week. Each session is open to everyone, no matter your level of meditation experience. This style of meditation is fun, visual, and relaxing for both body and spirit.

Seeing Yourself Clearly - We often compare ourselves to others around us, and many times come up short in our self image and self love. We live in a world filled with images of perfection and demands to appear a certain way. Having our self awareness helps us re-own our own self love and see ourselves clearly again.

Being and Doing Meditation - From as early as we can remember, we have been told to DO something, to always have something we can say we are doing, producing, being busy over. We define and see ourselves through what we do.

When we take the time to simply BE, we change the way we see and define ourselves, plus we give ourselves the space to really know who we are, without all the doing. We become in a new way.
